Andrew Spector

Andrew is a Senior Fellow at The Patterson Foundation, a $300M private foundation in Sarasota, FL, where he’s also been a loaned consultant to two other local foundations. Previously, Andrew was in Tulsa, OK directing Tulsa Changemakers, a K-12 youth leadership organization he co-founded while teaching 6th grade through Teach For America. Tulsa Changemakers was first incubated under the fiscal sponsorship of Leadership Tulsa, where Andrew worked as a Program Manager. From 2021-2023, Andrew and his co-founder successfully implemented a succession plan, which included making Tulsa Changemakers a permanent program of Leadership Tulsa. Andrew holds a master’s in philanthropic studies from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and a bachelor’s in psychology from the Honors College at College of Charleston.

Jake Wild Crea

Jake is a facilitator, mediator, educator, and conflict coach who works with individuals, organizations, and communities to foster positive social change. He is on faculty at the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies. Jake also works for the National Center for Conflict Resolution as a facilitator, mediator, and trainer with organizations across the United States. Previously, he was a philanthropic consultant and nonprofit advisor with Arabella Advisors, where he designed and managed regional, national, and international grantmaking projects. He helped build and direct Loyola Marymount University’s Study Abroad program in Argentina, and worked in youth programming in Chicago as well as disability advocacy in Minnesota. Jake received his Master of Science Degree in Conflict Management and Resolution at the University of San Diego’s Kroc School of Peace Studies and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Peace, Justice, and Conflict Resolution Studies from DePaul University in Chicago.
